OBSESSED WITH JEREMY SCOTT

One of my favorite designers for edgy fashion is Jeremy Scott. He is an incredibly talented artist and designer. If you have not heard of him watch the Lady Gaga "Paparazzi" video and Rihanna's "So Hard" video, in which they wear pieces from his collections "Mouse Trap" and "Right To Bear Arms".

HERE ARE SOME PICS TO REFRESH YOUR MEMORY:

Most recently he began a collection for Adidas. His designs are retro styles with a modern twist.

HERE ARE SOME STYLES HE HAS PREVIOUSLY DESIGNED:
"JS WINGS"

"PLEASE DON'T GO"

HERE IS A PREVIEW OF HIS 2010 COLLECTION FOR ADIDAS:

WHAT'S IN PANDORA'S BOX???

CUTE SIMPLISTIC BRACELETS OF COURSE!

I have always been a sucker for big bold costume jewelry, especially bracelets. I am like the female Mr. T, there is no such thing as too many. But this past Christmas, to my surprise, I discovered a new brand of jewelry to satisfy my bracelet craving. Pandora bracelets are simple, chic, inexpensive and the kind of jewelry that can be worn everyday with many different outfits.

Although my bracelet is completely different from the jewelry I usually wear I find myself adoring it more than all the rest!

Here are my favorite Pandora bracelets:

BOSTON'S UNOFFICIAL UNIFORM???

It feels that I am possibly the only person I know that is immune to the comfy, casual, wear me with sweatpants and a northface voodoo spell that UGGS have cast upon a large number of people in Boston. I do understand the appeal of wearing something warm and comfy but I am just someone who questions whether comfy needs to be ugly. I do admit I did borrow my mother's pair a few times in the past, but that was only to save my pretty boots from getting beat up by the bad weather.

A few weeks ago I accompanied my aunt in her search for a good pair of UGGS...and until that moment I was sure that no such thing existed. But to my surprise the UGG Australia company actually makes other styles that don't make your feet look extremely large and shapeless.

Here are some not soo UGGLY uggs:

"Smithfield" Tall Sheepskin Boots

"Broome" Suede Boot

"Endell" Horse-Bit Suede Boots

FEED ME FASHION...

As a virgin to the blog world I'm really excited to finally share my experience, passion, and knowledge of fashion. People in my life never understood my love affair with clothes. I'm the nut who gets overly excited about new trends or merchandise. While others consider sitting at home and reading a novel a relaxing way to relieve stress, I'm on the T reading Vogue on my way to Newbury St."To each his own" that's what they say.
Another saying they say is "Fashion is something you buy, style is something you're born with". (Side note: who are "They"?).Anyways, this saying basically sums up my life. I have always been the person who refuses to be a wallflower. I will fess up and admit some of my fashion decisions in the past are questionable (like the enormous Frankenstein combat boots from Hot Topic that I used to wear as a preteen), BUT...I will proudly justify them by saying that those boots, at the time, were what I considered to be part of the unique style I was showcasing at that point in my life.
The only person I've ever dressed for was myself. I am constantly evolving and changing my style. From platinum blonde hair to boy short black. From Adidas kicks to platform pumps. From bell bottom jeans to extra skinny and tight. There is no telling what I will do next. But you can read on and find out. Feed me fashion and I will feed you news.
